Our experience...

We booked this hotel telephonically - a day before arrival - after they confirmed that Safari was open.

However, on reaching the property, we were first told that the Safari was closed.  Later, on our contending against it, they made some phone calls and then said they will arrange for it but we will have to travel to the pickup point independently 20 kms away & pay 9500/- for the Safari.

This was contrary to the assurance we were given while booking the Hotel.  They had quoted 6000/- to 7500/- and pickup from the Hotel.

We felt cheated.  We cancelled the checkin.  They refused to refund the token amount of 500/- we had g-paid a day before at the time to telephonic booking.  Good that we paid only 500/- and not the entire amount like they were insisting for.
